At Mokobara, we want you to love your new gear as much as we loved designing it. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and protective films intact to be eligible for a refund.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free doorstep pickup through our courier partners within 2-3 business days.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
